BTW informing change is a strategic consulting firm dedicated to informing organizational learning and effectiveness in the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors. To this end, we provide evaluation, applied research and strategic consulting services to local, regional and national organizations. We are a values-driven company, holding intelligence, integrity and compassion as our guiding principles. Founded in 1998, BTW informing change has 16 staff members and is currently growing. We perform our client work in teams that include a project director, staff associates and a project assistant.
