She frequently serves as the key client liaison on her projects and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day work of her project teams. As a Senior Consultant, Kris develops evaluation instruments, conducts interviews, leads quantitative and qualitative analysis efforts, and prepares a variety of different types of reports for research and evaluation projects.
