Kim directs complex BTW evaluation projects, providing support and guidance to project teams on design and methodology and managing BTW's overall organizational learning. She provides expertise in designing and overseeing planning, evaluation and applied research projects that focus on a variety of areas including leadership development, organizational effectiveness, public policy, education, public health and social change.
In her role as Senior Consultant, Tina provides strategic consulting, evaluation, applied research and planning assistance for a range of philanthropic and nonprofit clients. Using her qualitative expertise, she develops evaluation plans, designs data-collection tools, leads data collection efforts, analyses and articulate findings, and prepares client deliverables. She examines community capacity and social-capital development through service, volunteerism, civic engagement and other aspects of civil society.
