Gail provides BTW with financial management, operational planning and administrative expertise. She has years of experience working in nonprofit administration, with a professional focus on organizations dedicated to providing high-quality services to underserved populations.
Prior to joining BTW, Gail worked with the YWCA of San Diego and the Museum of Children’s Art (MOCHA) in Oakland. At MOCHA, she oversaw human resources for more than 50 employees, established financial policies and procedures, served as Interim Executive Director and contributed to organizational planning and board relations.
Gail recently assisted with the completion of MOCHA’s three-year strategic plan, and serves as a board member at the Purple Silk Music Education Foundation.
Gail holds a BA in Third World Studies and Health Care & Social Issues from the University of California, San Diego.
