Kaitlin programs and administers surveys, edits BTW products and provides general support to BTW’s client projects and staff, with an emphasis on health initiatives and leadership development.
Prior to joining BTW, Kaitlin worked with Philanthropedia, a nonprofit grantee of the Hewlett Foundation that provides donor education by polling experts about top nonprofits. She also worked with the WEIGHT Lab (Weight and Eating Influences on General Health in Teens) in Stanford Hospital’s Division of Adolescent Medicine and for Stanford’s Haas Center for Public Service.
As a chapter-relations manager for FACE AIDS, a national student-run 501(c)3 that supports Partners in Health in Rwanda, Kaitlin coordinated fundraising campaigns at university and high schools in the mid-Atlantic. During her junior year abroad, Kaitlin counseled Parisian teens at an HIV/AIDS-prevention nonprofit.
Kaitlin graduated from Stanford University Phi Beta Kappa with a BA in Human Biology and a concentration in Global Health.
