Nadia manages evaluation projects focused on improving programs and services primarily in the public health field. She is responsible for developing evaluation designs and data collection tools, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data and writing evaluation and needs assessment reports to appropriately inform clients on their program outcomes and community needs. She has experience working with a range of youth and family programs that promote positive health behaviors and structures.
Prior to joining BTW, Nadia worked in both the public and private healthcare sectors. In addition to her past consulting experience, she also worked on policy development for wellness and health programs at American Specialty Health and assessed health literacy and employee worksite wellness programs at the Health Council of South Florida. Early on in her public health career, Nadia worked in both patient services and administration at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
Nadia holds a Masters in Public Health, with a focus on Health Policy and Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
