Regina Sheridan uses her organizational and analytic skills on a number of complex, multi-year projects at BTW. Through her work at BTW she has developed an expertise in health initiatives and leadership development programs. Regina develops data-collection tools, analyzes quantitative and qualitative data and conducts interviews with grantees, staff and key stakeholders.
As a key member of the Community Clinics Initiative evaluation team, Regina works with data related to the multiple funding areas of the Initiative, which span in focus area from major capital projects to leadership development to networking and partnership efforts. She has also worked on evaluations of health-related grant portfolios for the California Community Foundation and Kaiser Permanente Southern California Region.
Regina has developed expertise in evaluating leadership programs that utilize various strategies to strengthen and build nonprofit leaders. Over the past few years, she has worked on the Coaching and Philanthropy Project, the James Irvine Foundation’s Fund for Leadership Advancement, LeaderSpring and the Selah Leadership Program.
Prior to her work with BTW, Regina spent three years working in media marketing in San Francisco where she first honed her data analysis and graphic presentation skills.
Regina graduated with honors from the University of California, Santa Cruz with a BA in sociology and a minor in politics.
