Values
Our three core values have guided BTW’s practice from the beginning.
BTW is proud to continue the legacy left to us by our founders—Jill Blair, Fay Twersky and Paul Wisotzky—who established the firm in 1998. Since retiring from BTW, each has gone on to live out the values of the organization they created in their professional and community work. Paul has pursued volunteer work in global HIV/AIDS; Fay provides leadership for impact, planning and improvement at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation; and Jill operates an independent consulting practice, often serving as a Strategic Partner on BTW projects.
Jill, Fay and Paul founded BTW based upon three core values:
Integrity
We approach our work with honesty and openness; we strive to provide our clients with the very best advice and support to ensure the successful achievement of their organizational and programmatic goals.
Intelligence
We always apply our intelligence to every project and every assignment, no matter how large or small. We draw on our intellectual capacities as well as the wisdom of our experience to best meet the needs of our clients.
Compassion
By being sensitive to the unique nature and circumstance of each of our clients, we express and demonstrate compassion and respect for the challenges they face in the work they do.
BTW approaches all its work—from the initial conversation with a client regarding a proposal to the very last iteration of the final product—with these values in mind. We are committed to the highest quality of work.
