Honing Your Evaluation Lens: A Workshop for the RWJF Evaluation Fellows

In a session designed for the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s (RWJF) Evaluation Fellows at the conclusion of their year-long program, BTW’s Managing Director Lande Ajose, Ph.D, provided the emerging evaluation professionals with an overview of trends, settings and methods in social impact evaluation, with a special emphasis on what it means to conduct culturally responsive evaluation. Dr. Ajose engaged the RWJF fellows in exploring the choices and principles involved in determining their own professional paths as they sharpen their evaluation practice for the next stage of their careers.
